We have been taking our cars (1999 Lexus and 2008 Buick Enclave) to Roger for over 6 years now for everything from oil changes, to replacement parts, because he and his staff are very honest, experienced and reasonable. Because of their expertise, we have been able to keep our cars in excellent running condition. We wouldn't trust our cars with anyone else. Barb and Rhonda are the BEST!

Kaufman's did a terrific job repairing both of our cars. They were fair, right on with the estimate, contacted us with updates, and both cars were completed on time. What more can you ask for? Our 2003 Ford Windstar has never run better. We will definitely be using Kaufman's in the future.

Overall a good experience. Found them on Google. Like the integrated chat feature. Helped me schedule repair easily and get general information. I'm pretty hands on with cars and had my own personal mechanic for years. Since I moved to Florida I needed to find a mechanic that would help maintain my vehicles. I self diagnosed (consulting my mechanic back home of course) an issue with my left front wheel bearing. I told this to Kaufman and sure enough it was the problem and the vehicle was fine everywhere else. I like that they are honest about repairs and fixed only what was wrong. Have to say I was surprised at the cost of parts though. Having always ordered my own parts I felt the cost was more than I expected. Consulting my mechanic he said "get used to it" lol. All in all great service and I will definitely use them again in the future.
