When my daughter’s Kia Sorento experienced a severe engine failure, I was managing everything remotely, which made a stressful situation even more difficult. Roger and his team were honest, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They explained the situation clearly, assisted my daughter with retrieving her belongings, took care of the title transfer, and even arranged for the vehicle to be sold to a junkyard to streamline everything.
