This place was great. I did not have any work done other than the diagnostic of the problem. Turns out my Endurance policy is pretty worthless. $150/month and they don't cover repair of a passenger side view mirror that retracts. The staff at Kaufman's was more upset having to tell me that. Really nice clean place with a waiting room where you can see everything going on with your car/truck. I'll be back!

Oil changes are not as cheap as they used to be and Id rather have somebody who is honest and fair Do you mine. My wife and I have been using Roger Kaufman for years! I couldnt recommend them high enough.!

everybody was very professional. They did a nice job. My Car was cleaned. the lady at the front desk was very nice. I would recommend him.

Not sure how anyone could give less than 5 stars! They all went the extra mile to repair my A/C in under 2 hours (even with my status of non-waiting). I agree with Dwayne that the website needs to be clearer on wait options. Will recommend you to all my friends (while warning them about the wait options).
