My experience and Kaufmans was excellent! I was surprised by terribly high repair cost at my local dealership so I decided to ask for a quote at Kaufmans. Not only was their cost almost half of what Mercedes tried to charge, but the service was exceptional. The owner Roger himself took my call and sent me a quote. Their professional and friendly approach will have me and other family members returning with a smile. Highly recommend!

My Cadillac XT5 has been maintained at Kaufman's Auto Repair from the start and is in excellent running condition; so I reached 50K miles and we changed the oil, coolant, transmission fluid, air conditioning refrigerant, battery, and tires (we did brakes last year). I just had Toyota Tundra 2003 service at Kaufman's repair, everything went great,rear axle oil replaced,leaking radiator replaced, rear brake cleaned/adjust,air filter replaced including engine oil. Another wonderful service.
