Outstanding service! They helped me quickly diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and gave a very detailed explanation of what needed to be repaired and what could wait for a bit. The office and garage was very clean. It was very nice getting an honest estimate and knowing that they understood your situation, and concerns. They were not pushy and I will definitely be coming back.

Our AC went out on a recent trip and brought to Kaufmans for diagnosis and repair. We were provided with an appointment immediately which was wonderful to avoid summer heat. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner and at a fair and reasonable price. Our former mechanic retired and now Kaufman and we will be a loyal customer for all of our auto needs. My daughter plans to come from Tampa for reliable and customer focused car care. Our sincere thanks and appreciation.

We were looking for an honest repair shop to look over our 2017 Jeep Wrangler that we wanted to use for our 16-year-old daughter. Their entire process is very professional . Everything was checked over and the program they use to notify you is so thorough. in the end, we decided it was not worth putting the money into fixing it because we were going to trade it in and they had absolutely no problem just fixing a couple of the items on the checklist. They also Shared some valuable information on making choices on a good reliable vehicle for our daughter. We will definitely be making the drive from Lakewood Ranch to Kaufman‘s in the future for all of our auto service needs!
