Ive been coming to Kaufmans for a couple of years now and they always are first right the only thing is this time. I told the gentleman I had a coupon and he didnt apply it so I had to come back the next day to apply the coupon also, he took pictures of scratches on my car and they werent scratches. They were dirt so Im relieved that my car doesnt have all the scratches that he took pictures of honest people and they do a great job.
