The technician was able to determine that there is an AC leak on our 2015 Mazda CX5. Recharge system and used dye to ascertain exact leak location, still undetermined. Will return for a follow up in about two weeks.

Very satisfied with our first time getting our car serviced at Kaufmans. Everything serviced is working fine. Another thing I really liked was they had great communication with the progress while our vehicle was being serviced. We actually drove 45 minutes to try Kaufmans and so far it’s looking like we made a good choice. Three days after we picked up our vehicle they followed up to make sure everything was working properly. What? who does that anymore. What great customer service!
