As a single older woman, I sometimes feel that repair people dont listen or care. That was not the case with Kaufmans. They cared enough to respond to my questions and repaired my car sooner than I expected. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Kaufmans!

Had an issue with my nieces car right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Even though they had a full schedule, they squeezed me in and did a great job.

Roger is always willing to prioritize work items for me. He even was kind enough to drive my car over to the shop when it was acting up as I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get there. I cannot recommend this auto repair enough!!!

I noticed big screw in the middle of the front tire on my Toyota.I called Kaufman's,Roger said,came as soon as you can.Tire was fixed in less then 30 MINUTES.Thank you technicians.I could give Kaufman's more then 5 stars.
