Humans is the only auto repair shop we use. Their customer service and communication is super - the receptionist used to make a dealership service dept. They use texting to confirm appointments send quotes and tell you when your car is ready if you don't wait there. Affordable and fair, we won't go anywhere else.

Kaufman's was quick, nice, and knowledgeable! They gave me a new customer discount and took care of my issue within a few hours of dropping my car off. I had also made the appointment last minute so I was really impressed with the quick turn around!
