An overall nice experience at Kaufman’s Auto Repairs! The staff was friendly and the service was to my liking. I’ll be back and would recommend this business to my family and friends.

I have complete confidence in Kaufman. I especially appreciate they let me know which repairs are needed now and which can wait. In the past they've saved me so much over the dealer service cost for needed repairs. Roger has serviced our cars for several years, their way of doing business is top notch.

After spending $3500. for repairs, left hoping for good results. Unfortunately, after several miles, my vehicle started pulling badly to the left, actually dangerously. As it turned out, they had failed to sufficiently tighten the left front tire lug nuts, the tire was about to fall off (while going 75 mph on I 75). I had the lug nuts tighten ( by a friend), notified Kaufman about the problem. (I was concerned that the loose lug nuts did damage at high speed.) Returned to the shop to have them assess the situation; at first there was reluctant denial that they could ever let this happen. I overheard a mechanic question the truthfulness of the situation like I had fabricated it. Then the manager called me out to the truck, showed me the lug nuts & said someone had put oil on them. Again denial of this situation. I pointed out that I had washed the vehicle before bringing it in, it was actually water & soap. Bottom line, they made me feel like I fabricated this whole incident, never really took responsibility for a major mess up. I left feeling like they never believed me, they “just couldn’t ever make such a mistake “. Obviously I will never return, & recommend others to stay away.

As always, top notch service. I had a nail in my tire and they were busy as can be. I was told to bring it down and they took me in and I was out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Kauffman Auto for any car service. Very kind and caring always.

On a Friday Afternoon I needed my car battery tested Called Kaufman and they said bring it in. Was there no more than a hour for the testing and install of a new battery. Great Service........

Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, from the moment we walked in to the time we picked up our vehicle. Everything was in writing and very clearly explained as to what the repair entailed and the cost. We are very happy with the work we had done. Top notch to say the least. We would recommend anyone who has any type of a problem with their vehicle to bring it to Kaufman's.

As an upstate NY resident I picked a random auto repair shop on the internet when the ABS and steering lights came on my 2013 Eos. I was pleasantly surprised by Kaufman’s staff and owners. Their service was excellent and they were honest and efficient. I would recommend Kaufman Auto unreservedly for all your car needs.
