Four stars only because I've only been here once, but that experience was quite unique. At first, I couldn't find the place as I was looking for a Tire-Plus type of store where the bays are all visible. I walked into the office, which didn't have the often overly busy with noise, smells etc of an auto- and greeted by the gentleman at in the office. He took me to the waiting room and no one else was there. I was given the access to the wifi and shown where the coffee was. The place was ultra-clean with a window facing the bays and the cars, also ultra clean. The service was exceptional. My car was done in about an hour, oil change, rotation of tires and a general check over. All was in good place. I left knowing that I would continue here with the belief that my car would be well looked after in the years to come.

This was my first experience with Kaufman Auto. I was referred from my dealer and I was very impressed with the process, experience, and price. I was informed of the status of the job and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you. Joe.

The staff was all very friendly. They weren't pushy about their services. They understand that repair work is expensive and that people have a budget of what they can spend. They even have a waiting area that had snacks and coffee. I'm very pleased with their services and will be back to have my other cars serviced with them.
