I spent A LOT of time on Yelp looking through Auto Repair Shops. I read A LOT of reviews and their star rating compared to the amount of reviews that were posted and I came up with, what I felt was the BEST option, Kaufman's Auto Repair. I have so far brought 2 of my 3 autos in for repair and have to say that I was VERY pleased with the work they do. They were VERY GOOD at communication during and after the repairs and having a very good understanding of the auto repair business, feel I got a very good value for the money I spent. Everyone, from my initial phone call to make my appointment. took ALL the notes and comments I gave them-WORD FOR WORD and added them to my repair order. They provided explicit repair estimates for both what my concern was in initially bringing my vehicle in for service but also on other items they came across that I should consider to repair. They DID NOT do it in a manner of trying to "UPSELL" me to spend more money but what they deem as the current condition of their suggestions and what my expectations should be for repairing now or later. They were ALL VERY professional, the ENTIRE office and shop were VERY clean and overall confirmed my decision to use them for my repairs. YES, I highly recommend Kaufman's Auto Repair to anyone who asks me. Trust is ALWAYS a factor and they have earned mine.
