Always a pleasant visit with a very clean reception area. I totally trust the owner and mechanics. They answer my questions, provide parts that need repair, so I can see the damage in question and provide advise regarding options. My car may be 15 years old, but they treat it as well as a new car. Absolutely the best auto repair shop in the area. The mechanics and office staff are the best, who provide value-added customer service. I haven't taken my vehicles anywhere else, including the Toyota and Chrysler dealerships. If you're not satisfied with the auto repair garage you're using, try Kaufman's, you won't be disappointed. You can call or schedule an appointment on-line, they provide text or email reminders, get your appointment added to your calendar, it doesn't get any easier this this.
