We recently dropped off the convertible for a scheduled oil change, lube, & tire rotation. I asked Roger to check to see if there were any manufacturer's recommendations for other maintenance items for 30 or 35 thousand miles. All the work was performed, plus Roger advised there was nothing based on the manufactures check list that needed attention. We've been going to Kaufman's for the past 3-4 years ever since I had a not so good experience with a couple of dealership's service departments. We're treated like family; they provide value-added customer service. He and the rest of his team do quality work at a very fair price.

Good experience with Kaufman Auto. Efficient and professional. Since I waited at the shop for the diagnosis and repair, it was helpful to have the vehicle taken in promptly at the appointment time and I was quickly back on the road.

I called Roger and explained that I had changed out the seats on my 07 C70 Volvo without disconnecting the battery and now my SRS light was on. He had me bring it down to the shop and in less then 3min. He was able to clear the codes. The dealer would have charged 150.00 Roger charged 1/3 and I was grateful. The shop is clean and the folks are nice, I believe I'll use them again.
