They got my 2012 Audi A7 in quickly, and accurately diagnosed a problem that 2 other shops before I took it here, couldn't figure out (wheel bearing). Very friendly and excellent customer service! The very clean shop says a lot about their attention to detail, how they will take care of your car, and that helped assure me my car was in the right hands. Upon asking (to satisfy my curiosity), they were nice enough to take the time to show me the bad part and how it was making the noise it was making. Highly recommend.
