Kaufman's has become my go-to, car service/repair shop. I've brought my 2011 Toyota RAV IV there for new brakes and also for oil changes. They are customer friendly, do great work and I never feel I'm being taken advantage of like I did when I was taking my car to the dealer for oil changes and repairs.

Roger is the only mechanic we trust in this area. He diagnosed the problem, called us with his recommendations, then informed us of the cost. He ordered the part and got our truck repaired in a very timely manner. We have never had to worry about up charges or un-necessary repairs.

Being new to the Sarasota area i did my homework before trusting anyone to work on my vehicles. It just so happened to be that Kaufmans Auto was a few miles from my home and i havent been disapointed. From the first time i met Roger i just felt like he was honest and fair with his prices. Recently i had my engine blow up, i could have bought a new car but instead i had my vehicle towed to Kaufmans and within a day Roger walked me through my options. They replaced my engine for me, within a few days the work was done, not only do they do fantastic work and honest work but they had my car washed and detailed which was what put the expirience over the top! I cant thank you enough Roger and staff for everything! Enoy the ice cream!
