My 2013 Toyota Highlander has 100,000 miles on it and I am tired of paying inflated prices at the dealership AND always being pressured to buy things I don’t need. I went to Kaufman’s based on the five-star ratings, hoping to find a garage I can trust with fair prices. I was not disappointed. My vehicle was inspected, I had the factory-recommended coolant flush and was told my vehicle is in great shape. I will get rear brakes next visit. I had them check my rear door which I’ve been lifting manually. I expected to need a new motor. The mechanic called me to the garage to show me that the valet button in the glove compartment had been activated. A quick reset and my rear door is now opening electronically again. No charge. I found this business to be knowledgeable, professional and with fair prices. I also appreciated how friendly and professional Rhonda was on the phone and in person. The waiting area is small, clean and has a window directly into the garage. It feels great to have a car repair/maintenance business that has earned my trust.
Thank you for coming in for the first time, it was great to meet you. We performed a coolant exchange and replaced the wiper blades on your Highlander. From Roger and all the staff at Kaufman's Auto Repairs.
