I started going to Kaufman's Auto Repair in March of 2021. They were recommended by a friend of mine. Since then, not only do they work on my personal cars, I have stated to take the company cars to them. I have been happy with their service. They communicate to me what is needed, what is recommended and what to look out for. However, they do not go for a hard sell. I like that in my mechanics.

I took my 2010 Jetta in to for repair of a mysterious oil leak…two visits to a dealership had not solved the problem. Within 10 minutes, they found the leak and gave me an estimate. Not only was the work completed same-day, the the estimate was spot on. They definitely have my business going forward.

I had a great experience at Kaufmans Auto shop. I spoke with Roger in the beginning regarding my car’s issue. He was very calm and patient with me. He took my information and kept in touch with me to make sure I could get the best valued service for my car. The actual day of my appointment reflected the first time I called. He was very easy to talk to, informative and even let me look at the vehicle myself after the work was done. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease about my car. I highly recommend Kaufmans auto and would request Roger!
