Excellent service

I am new in Florida and I was looking for reliable workshops to take car of my car. Roger and his team did a great work. Customer service is definitely exceptional - if you want to exactly know what’s going on with your car and how much it will cost to fix it, this folks will well explain it to you before starting the work. To be honest, I haven’t seen that happen to often with different workshops in the past. Thanks for your service guys, great job!

Nice and professional

Excellent and quality service. Had an oil change and courtesy inspection. A few small repairs were found and addressed, drive belt was worn and the oil fill cap was leaking. I had heard a buzzing noise that they confirmed and fixed in the a/c system. Other repairs needed were diagnosed and time frame of repair was given which allows me time to budget and prioritize. I appreciate the care of my vehicle with people I can trust so I may enjoy many years of safe driving. Facility is super clean and everyone is professional and friendly, highly recommend.

I found the service to be excellent. The problem was found, and the repairs were done in a timely fashion.

Most days I go to work and lately with everything going on just try to avoid disaster so when my car (one of the things I may take for granted) interrupts my momentum “literally” there is no place I’d rather take it to than Kaufman’s! Everybody there is terrific and treats you like a real human being and royalty at that with their attention to detail, considerate behavior, and going out of their way to make your chaotic breakdown seem less and back on that road again without the headache. I trust them more than anywhere I’ve ever taken my vehicle and I simply can’t say enough about how spectacular they are from scheduling and appointment, discussing details about the car, showing you something that you may not understand, giving you a rate that is fair and well worth it after you consider my favorite thing about my latest trip in… simple flat tire right? Or so I thought. Turned into explaining to me that my tires are old and a patch isn’t safe. It could throw people off at this point by thinking they are “selling” me something BUT NO- Kaufman’s doesn’t do that! They legitimately care about what they do. ALL of them. Roger anticipates everything and went above and beyond to make sure I had enough air in my spare (that I was already driving around without thinking twice about) and saved me from further disaster. Rhonda is a joy and has a way of making you realize that your auto needs are not the only thing they stand for and it shows. Don’t forget the wizard behind the curtain Mike’s talent and willingness to show up early and play his part and always has a smile on his face on top of everything else this teams brings to the table it’s simply incredible to find honestly anywhere right now and Kaufman’s does it time and time again and makes it look easy. If none of this makes anybody consider coming here - I’ve forgotten all about my long since forgotten, gave up on it along time ago broken down AC that had me driving to work early and staying late afterwards to avoid driving in extreme heat with windows down last couple years …. Kaufman’s worked their magic on that this summer and I haven’t needed to put my windows down once all summer long ! I can’t believe how lucky I am to have found Kaufman’s auto repair. I love you guys! You are great!
