As always, Kaufman’s was able to give me a convenient appointment within a few days. They went above and beyond by identifying another area that needed attention and quickly fixed my a/c when I “suddenly” remembered it was an issue. Great service. Very friendly.

ROGER and his crew were very efficient in diagnosing, my car’s dead battery was affected by a faulty alternator. They replaced the alternator and also diagnosed and repaired water in the passenger floor well, as the drains from sun roof was clogged, thus pushing water and debris into the drains. Roger cleaned drains on both sides of sunroof and vacuumed all water. I am ALWAYS impressed with Kaufman Auto … I’ve used them for 7 years, they are reliable and fantastic. Judy Cooper

I don’t do very many reviews. I have never done one for an auto repair, because they seem to be all alike. Not Kaufman’s auto. One of a kind. Forget your current mechanic and go here. You won’t regret it. First, Roger Kaufman, the owner, actually doesn’t look or act like a mechanic at all. He is articulate, has a sense of humor and very knowledgeable. He will not over sell you. He patiently answered my questions, clearly described his suggested plan to my problem and the bill was actually what he said it would be. Now that isn’t something I had experienced before. First class operation.

I have been to Kaufmans Auto Repair several times. Each time I am very pleased with the quality of work, the attention to detail, the transparency of the cost. They always are able to schedule me in quickly. They help me understand what is the cause of the issues and how to take care of them. They are slightly more costly than other places but considering the quality of work that they do, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service as well.
