I can't recommend Kaufman's highly enough!! Two years in a row we were visiting Florida from Pennsylvania. Last year we had an issue with our wheel that I thought was our wheel bearing and I was fully expecting a large bill to fix it - and Roger ended up diagnosing it on the spot as a bent dirt deflector and fixed it on the spot. This year - same vehicle - we had an awful noise coming from the engine department, and were leaving to go back to PA in 3 days. Kaufman's ended up being able to squeeze us in and although it wasn't quite as easy of a fix (cracked flywheel and a cracked radiator), got us fixed up UNDER what he quoted and SOONER than he had estimated. Amazing service. They've earned a customer for life anytime we are down in the area. Amazing communication throughout the whole process and extremely trustworthy - as I don't know a whole ton about vehicles. Highly highly recommend!
