My ventilation system was stuck on defrost. Another shop tried twice to fix it. It would work for a day then get stuck on defrost again. Roger was able to get the part and fix it the same day. And it’s still working!

This was my first time to take my car to a place other than my Auto Dealership. It was the best service my car has received for an oil change. The reading was full. The color of the oil was very clean. The waiting area looked into the garage where my car was being serviced. The waiting area was clean and accommodating.

Roger was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my tire. And we showed up without an appointment and he had no problem taking a drive with us to listen to the car. Kaufman has great service and are fair and kind. Will be using them again in the future.
