Service is awesome! Rhonda, Jim, and Mike are all very patient and friendly and their integrity is tops. I will definitely come again the next time my vehicle needs service. I was especially happy to learn that Mike is very knowledgeable about Cadillacs, so I feel it was a blessing to find a mechanic who specializes in the type of car I have. Took my van in for new upper and lower ball joints. I was glad I did. The following week I drove over 1000 miles around Ga Mountain RDS. Held up just fine and the alignment was phenomenal on the highway.

You have a very pleasant staff and very clean shop. However my disappointment is based on been charged more than originally stated. When I call to set the Appointment the model and make of vehicle was disclosed and the need for synthetic oil. Mercedes Benz C320 sport. I was quoted about $60 .. My cost was approximately $113.00 . When I mentioned it was higher than quoted the answer was something like sometimes it's more.based on the vehicle..Which I had originally disclosed. That's why I'm not happy..

I apologize for the misquote on the oil change price. We appreciate the feedback and we are going to take this experience to better our processes.
