As usual, the expertise and service were top level. There were circumstances related to the towing of our car this time in which Rhonda went way above and beyond to help us understand what happened while the car was being towed. She did not need to spend the time she did to determine what happened, but that's just an example of the kind of service Kaufman's delivers. I have a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE with only 50,700 miles on it. Had the vehicle checked out and was told I needed new wheel rotors and brake pads. Roger at Kaufman's Auto Repair gave me a estimate that I thought was fair and a few days later I dropped the car off and it was ready that afternoon. Roger and his staff worked well together and when driving back home, the car drove great and applying the brakes, WOW... what a great feeling of security. Stopping quickly is definitely great for sure! They also checked the vehicle completely. I appreciated that a lot. I highly recommend Kaufman's Auto Repair, in Bradenton, if you want mechanics that are extremely knowledgeable, this is definitely the place to go.
