In a day and age when customer service has gone to the wayside, these folks are a breath of fresh air. From drop off to pick up the folks at Kaufman make you feel right at home. Quick, thorough, and affordable. I would recommend Kaufman Auto to anyone in need of vehicle repair or service.

First class people who dropped everything to help my family with a bad wheel bearing. We were on vacation and a day away from leaving town when the issue popped up. They were able to get the part in, installed and have us on our way in 24 hours and did it for $300 cheaper than the ford dealership plus we received a 3 year warranty on the part because they are a Napa install center. They also dropped me off and picked me up because an extra part was needed that would take a few hours to arrive. Honestly can’t say enough about the people here. Very friendly, honest, and fair. Hard to find now a days. Even the waiting room is top notch and there’s is a huge glass window so you get to see what’s going on. Nothing to hide here, if I lived in the area this would be my shop of choice. I’d give them 6 stars if it were an option.
