We are so thankful to have a local mechanic that we can trust. The entire team is pleasant and professional. They are easy to contact over the phone or via email if that is your preference. You can always expect a response within a very reasonable amount of time. They have a nice, clean facility with a comfortable waiting area. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Kaufman's Auto for a couple of years now, and will continue to do so. :)

They keep my daughters car in shape even when the small emergency comes up late in the day. In this day of chain stores and shoddy customer service it's nice to find people who care.

Amazing affordable service, incredibly friendly staff, and these people really know their stuff. If these people could fix the nightmare left by my last mechanic, they can help you. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended - My wife's Chevrolet Equinox was stalling when backing up and after trying to diagnose the issue over the internet, I became concerned the repair would be extremely costly with some reviews saying the issue always came back. I called Kaufman's to schedule an appointment and they told me to come over right away and they would squeeze me in. Their facility is very nice and clean and the employees were extremely nice and actually cared about what I had to say when explaining the problem I was experiencing with the car. The waiting room even had a window to watch the mechanics work on your car while you wait. After about twenty minutes I was told the issue could be fixed within about three hours and I was given an estimated repair cost that was much cheaper than I expected. The car was fixed in well under three hours and cost exactly the same as the estimate I was given. It's been almost two weeks and the car runs great with no problems. They even gave me a courtesy call a few days later to thank me for my business. After having unprofessional experiences at dealerships with the same car and being price gouged for repairs I could do myself, it was refreshing to pay less than expected at Kaufman's for a repair I definitely could not do myself. It's nice to know a mechanic in the area that you can trust, treats you with respect and charges you the true cost of the repair.
