Honesty and integrity. Car broke down near their shop and had it towed there. Unfortunately, I have gasket issues and the repair cost exceeds car value. Despite my leaning towards having the work done, they recommended an alternate solution. They could've easily pushed for the high dollar repair, but instead, they were looking out for my best interest. Unfortunately, not everyone operates their business with integrity. I've found a shop that does. Trust in your "mechanic" is essential.

Highly recommended. They were able to get my vehicle in for needed repairs and maintenance quickly. The office and service staff were friendly and attentive to my repairs and the shop (both office/waiting room and service area) were very clean and well maintained.

Bought a used Jeep that made brake noise after one day use. Took my Jeep to Kaufman’s to check brakes because I didn’t trust the seller saying brakes are pass/fail and the brakes passed with 71,000 miles. Kaufman is so trustworthy, they reassured me that new brake pads were put on by the Jeep seller and had to get broken in. Kaufman technician made me feel safe and comfortable knowing I was not at risk for brake failure. I will return to Kaufman for any future Jeep needs. Thank you! ❤️
