Charged $950 to put in a new trottlebody on our 2004 saab that wasn't even the problem..wife picked up the car and a mile down the road it broke down...than they said it may be the cpu but they can't say 100% but it will be another $750 to find out..cost us $950 for a worse running car..parts under the hood were never hooked back up..just laying in there..and they had the car for 3 weeks..got it to a garage in tampa called THE SABB STORE and they told use first of all the old throttlebody was fine..didn't need a new one..and second was that kaufmans auto way over charged us....save your money and car from this so called garage.....HACKS!!!!

We’ve used several auto repair shops before trying Kaufman’s and will never use another shop again. They have always been courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Kaufman's twice. On both occasions, they surpassed my expectations. They are efficient, professional and friendly. In fact, they even gave me a ride back to work after dropping my car off for repair. Who else does that? I'm truly impressed by their service. As someone who has worked as an auto tech, I can say it’s very rare to find a shop of this caliber. Lastly, I chose Kaufman’s due to the excellent online reviews. I was not disappointed!
