Found Kaufman's on 'Next Door' at a time when my AC decided to quit blowing cold air. Normally I head to the dealer but instead decided to find a local shop. After reading various reviews on both Google and Next Door, I decided to give Kaufman’s a try. Bottom line, I wasn't disappointed. Barbara (front desk) was professional, explained what they would need to do to check it out & promised to be in touch. Over all, the communication was excellent, repairs were done in a timely manner, the price was right and they guarantee their work PLUS I now have a working AC in my car! All is good.

I was told to try the place out from a coworker. I did & had a excellent experience. Have started using them as my Auto Repair specialist. They treat me very good. Always explain any questions I have with professional knowledge. Would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair work.
