This was the third garage that I had taken my truck too for the same problem. Needed a lot of work . As silly as it may sound, one of main reasons I took my vehicle here after reading the reviews was because he had all his bay doors closed so as his workers could work in the AC . As I'm sure we are all aware we can function much better in a climate controlled work place. The work that was carried out came with a warranty of one year labour and one & two years on my parts . When you get a one year labour warranty you know they have confidence in the work they have carried out. Belive I may have met the owner who was very polite. The two ladies I later dealt with were very polite and helpful. They have their hourly rates posted and are up front with you on charges you may incur. Highly recomend this garage.

i have used kaufman's auto repair for years. i find the people there reliable, honest and skilled at their craft. If I have a problem, they are able to see me right away. All repairs and maintenance have been stellar

I was fortunate during my last visit I had a free safety inspection, in addition to my usual oil change. I learned I was way past due for fluid exchanges, particular the brake and power steering fluid, which were described as "gummy" - not a good thing. I was going to go on a couple of trips which put at least a couple of thousand miles on my car. I was so pleased Roger and his team brought this to my attention; there's no telling what kind of damage to my car that could have occurred while on my trips.
