service good 2hrs too long

I am sorry we took to long to service your car this visit. We try our best to get our waiters in and out as quick as possible. We changed the oil and filter, BG brake fluid exchange, air filter and wiper blades on your Cadillac SRX this visit.

What an absolute blessing to find Kaufman's Auto. They clearly understood our frustrations and concerns over the repetitive intermittent obligatory "Check Engine Light" Upon discussing our long-standing two-year search for the solution and the expense of chasing the issue with the dealer and another auto shop with both Sabrina and Rhonda who listened intently, and then simply stated in all confidence, that Kaufman's Auto would thoroughly study every aspect of our vehicle and had no doubt that they could find and correct the issue. They kept our vehicle for a few days and did a complete analysis and sure enough after several separate tests including a "Smoke Test" who knew? They found the issue. All of the Kaufman Auto Team were kind, professional, empathetic, and thorough, they earned our business and respect for life.

Thank you for the awesome review you left us. We ran diagnosis on your check engine light, replace a evap. system vent valve, BG front axle service, BG rear axle service, BG transfer case service, and a oil change on your Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Very honest business. Was told by Sarasota Ford my repair would be $3100 for my AC on my 2018 Titanium Edge w 68,789 miles. Kaufman’s was able to get my vehicle in within 2 days and my repair was under $80!! Honest, professional and integrity! Will be back for all 3 of my vehicles and recommend to family and friends.

I called Kaufman’s Auto Repair since my window fell off the track in the morning. He was able to fit me that day and fix it in an hour of being there. The sitting room was clean and the secretary was very nice. Will definitely be using this auto repair shop if anything else happens to my vechicle.
