Repair was handled in a timely fashion. everything works as agreed. I had a problem with the the price being higher than agreed to and got upset. The problem was totally mine. The price increase was justified, I was not. They treated me like gentleman anyway

As always, Kaufman’s was able to give me a convenient appointment within a few days. They went above and beyond by identifying another area that needed attention and quickly fixed my a/c when I “suddenly” remembered it was an issue. Great service. Very friendly.
