We were very impressed with the quality of service at Kaufman’s Auto Service. Their facility is very clean and staff are extremely professional. Upon arrival, the facility was very busy with other customers dropping off their vehicles. We were given a loaner car as we had no transportation. We dropped the car off at 9 AM for a checkup, brakes, rotors, and battery replacement. The car was ready for pickup at 2:30 PM. We were very happy with our experience. My only complaint was that the car kit and a few other supplies were not put back in their original location confusing as to where they were. The final bill seemed a bit high however it is the average cost of car repairs these days. Everything is skyrocketing in price during these inflationary times! I would definitely recommend Kaufman to all of my friends and family!
