After feeling vibration when my 2010 tundra crewmax got to a certain rpm, I thought it was my ujoints and I replaced all 3 as well as the support bearing as this fixed my last tundra. After the fix not correcting the problem I turned to roger at Kaufmans auto who reccomended he replace the transmission fluid, filter, and pan gasket. He told me up front that it may not fix the problem entirely but I felt he had my best interest at heart and I had him do it. I got it back AND IT FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! I really can't thank those guys enough. By the way they work on really high end cars that are one of a kind so obviously people trust them with their babies and rightfully so. Honest, fair, and good at what they do.

Have been going to Kaufman’s for a few years now for oil change etc - nothing serious. I recently had car problems on a Sunday night and after many attempts to jump start my suv it was a no go and had to be towed. I have a Honda Pilot SUV. The tow truck guy came and hooked up the car to some kind of box (don’t judge I’m completely clueless when it comes to cars) and he said it appeared to be the alternator. Another mechanic who was trying to give assistance said it could be a transmission issue from what he was seeing. Ugh. I called and left message for Roger and his team that the car was being towed to him and I also filled him in on what I was told. Roger looks the vehicle over and says it actually is just the battery which was still under warranty abs would be replaced at no charge. He could have EASILY charged me for other services based on what I was told and I would not have questioned it but he didn’t. Great honest guy. Highly recommend!!

In the neighborhood of 15 or more years now you have provided outstanding + service for my 2 cars. I have not and will not take them anywhere else period, From oil changes to all types of repair on my autos the overall service has been above the norm. additionally your entire crew is a plus to providing great service.
