Sarasota Auto Repair

First of all, going to an auto shop has always been risky business. I've been to 2 other auto shops here in the Lakewood Ranch area (that's code for jack up the prices) and I feel both used the scare tactic to get something done quickly and it was very pricey. I researched other repair shops on Google and decided to call this one to get an estimate on something the other shops said I needed done asap. The woman who answered the phone was so friendly and polite and gave me an estimate after chatting with the mechanic. She said I could bring it in and they can look at it. I made an appointment and after giving my car an excellent oil change, tire rotation, and checking this "problem" the mechanic said it wasn't as serious as the other shops had me believe and that I needed to keep a watch on it. They did advise I replace two tires which was something I need to do. They had an EGGstra special surprise during this Easter season when we got an extra $25 off the service after opening a plastic egg. Those extra touches are great!! My husband already booked his next oil change with them. The owner also texted me to see how everything was with my vehicle. Oh and the prices are extremely reasonable!! Thank you Kauffman!

Me and my wife had ordered tires have them sent to the shop today we went and had the tires installed Mount and balance and alignment everything is perfect they always do a good job very professional staff very they are very knowledgeable and explain to you things in details and they give a fair price take it or leave it the job is yours if you want it done they will have it done I recommend them to anyone good job team Larry and Stephanie
