1st time customer. Kaufman provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. The facility is extremely clean. The owner and managers are courteous, polite and accommodating. Including they me t my time availability requirements. They are extremely well organized. They were thorough and effective in the service they provided. Also, they did not do an unnecessary repair after checking it out. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I will use them for future service needs. Highly recommend.

I am new in Florida and I was looking for reliable workshops to take car of my car. Roger and his team did a great work. Customer service is definitely exceptional - if you want to exactly know what’s going on with your car and how much it will cost to fix it, this folks will well explain it to you before starting the work. To be honest, I haven’t seen that happen to often with different workshops in the past. Thanks for your service guys, great job!

Excellent and quality service. Had an oil change and courtesy inspection. A few small repairs were found and addressed, drive belt was worn and the oil fill cap was leaking. I had heard a buzzing noise that they confirmed and fixed in the a/c system. Other repairs needed were diagnosed and time frame of repair was given which allows me time to budget and prioritize. I appreciate the care of my vehicle with people I can trust so I may enjoy many years of safe driving. Facility is super clean and everyone is professional and friendly, highly recommend.

I found the service to be excellent. The problem was found, and the repairs were done in a timely fashion.
