I was referred to Roger about 7 years ago by a co-worker. The customer service is outstanding. I appreciate that Roger always calls before performing any work that was not talked about when I dropped my vehicle off. I find him to be honest and fair and I trust his judgement on repairs, knowing that he's not going to try to just tack things on to the bill! They always get me in and out the same day, and he's conveniently located close to my job also. I would highly recommend Roger and his team for all of your repairs and service needs! I've taken my autos to Kaufman's for 3 1/2 years now. Always exemplary service. They stay on top of all maintenance issues recommended by the manufacturer and communicate any service that will be needed in the near future. Finding an auto repair business you can trust is always good news.

It’s my second visit at Kaufman and once again they did a great job. Prices seem fair, and they don’t try to trick you by recommending a bunch of unnecessary repairs or maintenance. I highly recommend this business.
