Their profit margins are too steep and charge too much. Sure it’s “their” price and “their” profit.. I don’t feel it’s fair to charge almost $100 over what the part cost.

The price is less if you buy it and install it yourself. That is considered do it yourself prices. We use quality parts that we stand behind with a warranty. We guarantee the parts we install with a nationwide warranty. We are a Napa Auto Care Center which provides a nationwide warranty at over 14,000 independent shops on most repairs. There was two parts we replaced and there was less than $100.00 profit.
