Roger was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my tire. And we showed up without an appointment and he had no problem taking a drive with us to listen to the car. Kaufman has great service and are fair and kind. Will be using them again in the future.

First time visit, this business is extremely organized and thorough throughout the visit, even down to minor minor detail!

Owners are fantastic people. Kind, patient, and take the time to explain everything. I brought my truck to diagnose and repair an engine issue. It turns out the repair was extensive and required specialty tools they didn't have. However, Roger was completely transparent about it, made some recommendations, and didn't even charge me for diagnostics since he couldn't perform the repair. I'm definitely going to Roger first from now on. If it's not something they can handle, only then will I get my vehicles serviced elsewhere. Thanks, Kaufman! Finally found automotive technicians I can trust.
