I came to Kaufman’s based off of their hundreds of 5 star reviews and I am happy to leave another 5 star review. I had some poor luck with my Ford dealer nearby so I was happy when I found this place. Barb was able to get me in on the same day and they looked at my car and did all of their testing on time, and in under an hour. Everything was explained to me and I was never left in the dark. I felt that everyone worked together and communicated. I greatly appreciated their honesty! And the price was far less than what I expected. I would recommend them to anyone. They for sure have a loyal customer out of me!

I have a Toyota but don't trust the dealership after they said I needed new brakes but could wait until the next oil change and they let me drive away. WHAT!! So I asked a few friends if they knew a mechanic I could trust. They turned me onto "Kaufman's Auto Repair" in Sarasota and ask for Roger. I called and explained my issue. I was given the first appointment the next day. After checking the car out, they explained I only needed front brake pads AND will only be charged labor cost because October was "Breast Cancer Month" and brake pads were free. I truly can say they are honest and reliable mechanics including the ladies in the front office. Thank you all. You now have a new customer.
