Rodger and his team are by far the best in the business around the Sarasota/Bradenton area in taking care of your vehicle whether it be a minor or major problem. Not only are they knowledgeable but are fast, efficient and reasonable. You can be assured they will solve the problem if possible and won't go looking for zebras so as to drive up the cost like you see with many other Service Centers.

Very up front and honest. They damaged the radiator in my vehicle while working on it and we're honest about it and replaced the radiator at no extra charge. They gained my respect and I will continue to do business with them.

I've spent my entire adult life seeking out honest auto shops. It took me quite awhile, but finally the eagle has landed. My son referred Roger and team to me after he had scoured the internet to find a good shop. I've been to Kaufman's a few times over the last year or 2 and they're always prompt, honest and quite surprisingly- fairly priced. It's evident to me that Roger is in this business to create long term relationships- he's not transactional which is extremely rare in his business. Thank you Kaufman's!
